Cyberbullying is a form of harassment using electronic means and has become increasingly common due to the increased use of social media. Cyberbullying can take place in social media sites and online platforms. Here are some examples of cyberbullying, impersonation, doxing, sexual harassment, cyber stalking and hate raids. To report this kind of crimes to the authorities, one should.
i) Visit the National KE-CIRT//CC. Go to 'report and incident option' a few lines down the page.
ii) Click on report to fill up the form with the details of your case, including your name, address and a brief on the incident. Then click 'submit' to send your complaint authorities.
iii) The other alternative is that you can send a letter with full details about your case to the Director -General, Communications Authority (CA) Kenya. The team allocated with your case will conduct an investigation and get back to you.
iv) Physically report the incident to the CA office or send them a message vias their email.

When reporting your case to the authorities, you need to have enough evidence such as emails, screenshots, comments, posts, messages or witnesses if any attached to the form.
