Section 345 of Criminal Procedure Code CAP 75: Failure to comply with requirements under section 344

    

(1) A person subject to police supervision who fails to comply with a requirementplaced upon him or her by or by virtue of section 344 or 344A commits an offence and is liable, upon conviction, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months and on a second or subsequent conviction for that offence to imprisonment for a term not exceeding twelve months.
(2) Reasonable efforts made by a person to comply with a supervision ordershall be a defence to the offences under subsection (1).
(3) A police officer may arrest without warrant a person whom he suspects upon reasonable grounds of having committed an offence under this section.
