Section 120 of The Children Act CAP 141: Power to vary maintenance agreements

    

Where the parents, guardians or custodians of a child enter into an agreement, whether orally or in writing, in respect of the maintenance of the child, the Court may, upon application, vary the terms of the agreement if the Court is satisfied that such variation is reasonable and in the best interest of the child.
