Section 75 of The Companies Act No. 17 of 2015: Statement of proposed secretary

    

(1) The statement of the company's proposed secretary complies with this
section only if—
(a) it contains the required particulars of the person who is or the persons
who are to be the secretary or joint secretaries of the company; and
(b) a consent by the person named as secretary, or each of the persons
named as joint secretaries, to act as such.
(2) The required particulars are the particulars that would be required to be
included in the company's register of secretaries.
(3) If all the partners in a firm are to be joint secretaries, the requisite consent
can be given by one partner on behalf of all of them.
