Section 115 of The Companies Act No. 17 of 2015: Traded companies: nomination of persons to enjoy information rights

    

(1) A member of a company whose shares are admitted to trading on a
regulated market and who holds shares on behalf of another person may nominate
a person to enjoy information rights.
(2) The following are information rights for the purpose of subsection (1)—
(a) the right to receive a copy of all communications that the company
sends to its members generally or to any class of its members that
includes the person making the nomination;
(b) the right to be sent copies of the company's annual financial statement
and reports;
(c) the right to receive a hard copy version of a document or information
provided in another form.
(3) A company need not act on a nomination purporting to relate to certain
information rights only.
