Section 665 of The Companies Act No. 17 of 2015: Option to provide summary financial statement
(1) A company may, in such circumstances as may be prescribed by the regulations for the purposes of this section, send to its members a summary financial statement instead of the copy of the financial statement required to be sent out in accordance with section 662, subject to compliance with any conditions so prescribed.
(2) Section 662 applies to the sending out of a summary financial statement as if it were a financial statement referred to in that section.
