Section 679 of The Companies Act No. 17 of 2015: Public company to present annual financial statement and reports at general meeting of company
(1) The directors of a public company shall present to the members at a generalmeeting of the copies of its annual financial statement and directors’ and other reports.
(2) The directors shall comply with subsection (1) not later than the deadline for lodging a copy of the company's financial statement with the Registrar for registration.
