Section 841 of The Companies Act No. 17 of 2015: Agreement for lodgement of documents by electronic means
(1) The Registrar may enter into a written agreement with a company providingfor documents relating to the company that are required or permitted to be lodged with the Registrar for registration—
(a) to be lodged by electronic means, except as provided for in the agreement; and
(b) conform to such requirements as may be specified in the agreement or specified by the Registrar in accordance with the agreement.
(2) An agreement under subsection (1) may relate to all documents or to anyclass of documents to be lodged with the Registrar.
(3) Unless in a specific case the Registrar otherwise approves, a company with which the Registrar has entered into an agreement in accordance with subsection (1) may lodge documents in relation to which the agreement is in effect only in accordance with the agreement.
