Section 985 of The Companies Act No. 17 of 2015: Registered foreign company to state its name and other information in documents and communications relating to its business in Kenya

    

(1) A registered foreign company shall—
(a) state its name and other specified information in prescribed classes of documents and communications relating to its business in Kenya; and
(b) provide prescribed information on request to those with whom it deals in the course of carrying on its business in Kenya.
(2) If a registered foreign company fails to comply with subsection (1), the company and each officer of the company who is in default, commit an offence and on conviction are each liable to a fine not exceeding five hundred thousand shillings.
