Section 11 of The Landlord and Tenant (Shops, Hotels and Catering Establishments) Act CAP 301: Establishment of Tribunals

    

(1) A Tribunal shall consist of a person or persons appointed as such by the Cabinet Secretary, and shall exercise such jurisdiction as is conferred on it by or under this Act, over such area as shall be specified in such appointment.
(2) Persons other than public officers appointed under the provisions of subsection (1) of this section shall be paid such emoluments or allowances as the Cabinet Secretary shall determine.
