Section 16 of The Landlord and Tenant (Shops, Hotels and Catering Establishments) Act CAP 301: Regulations and rules

    

(1) The Cabinet Secretary may make regulations for the better carrying out of the provisions of this Act and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing such regulations may prescribe—
(a) the manner in which a Tribunal shall conduct its business;
(b) the procedure in connexion with any reference to a Tribunal, or the determination of any matter by a Tribunal;
(c) the matters which a Tribunal shall take into account in exercising its powers under this Act;
(d) the fees which shall be payable in respect of any matter or thing to be done under this Act; and
(e) the scale and taxation of costs and expenses of witnesses in proceedings before a Tribunal.
(2) The Chief Justice may make rules prescribing any procedure, fees or costs in any proceedings in the Environment and Land Court or any other court, under this Act.
