Section 362 of Insolvency Act CAP 53: Interpretation: Part V

    

(1) In this Part—
"administrator" has the same meaning as in the Law of Succession Act (Cap. 160);
"beneficiary", in relation to a deceased debtor's estate, means a person who is beneficially interested in the estate;
"estate" has the same meaning as in the Law of Succession Act and, in relation to a deceased debtor, means that part of the debtor's estate that is available for distribution under section 376;
"executor" has the same meaning as in the Law of Succession Act; "trustee" means a trustee appointed under section 370(2).
(2) This Part does not affect—
(a) any property of a deceased that does not form part of the deceased debtor's estate; or (b) the administration of that property.
