Section 611 of Insolvency Act CAP 53: Power of the Court to replace administrator in certain other circumstances

    

(1) The Court may make an order replacing an administrator on the application of a person by whom an application is made under section 607(1) if the Court—
(a) is satisfied that a relevant person is not taking reasonable steps to make a replacement; or (b) that for another reason it is right for the Court to make the replacement.
(2) In subsection (1), a relevant person is a person who is entitled to replace the administrator under any of sections 608 to 610.
