Section 89 of Public Health Act CAP 242: Duties of superintendents

    

It shall be the duty of every superintendent to inspect from time to time in accordance with rules made hereunder the asylum to which he has been appointed and the persons detained therein, and to cause proper food and necessary comforts to be supplied to such persons, and to cause the premises to be properly and cleanly kept, and to perform such other duties and exercise such powers as may be imposed and conferred upon him by this Act or by any rules made thereunder.
