Section 77 of The Basic Education Act 2013: Rejection of application by the County Education Board

    

(1) Where the County Education Board is not satisfied that the institution has complied with the requirements set out under this Act the Board may reject
the application and notify the applicant of the decision within thirty days.
(2) Any person aggrieved by the decision of the County Education Board under subsection (1) may appeal to the Education Appeals Tribunal within a period of thirty days of the decision.
