Section 3 of Partnerships Act 16 of 2012: Bodies excluded from scope of this Act
For the purpose of this Act, the following bodies shall not be considered as a partnership—
(a) a limited liability partnership;
(b) a corporate body; or
(c) a foreign limited partnership.
