Section 5 of Limited Liability Partnership Act CAP 30: Electronic lodgement of documents with Registrar.

    

(1) The Registrar may require any document to be lodged under this Act to belodged electronically.
(2) If a document is required to be lodged with the Registrar electronically, the
Registrar may allow the document to be lodged by an agent of the person who is required to lodge it, subject to such conditions (if any) as the Registrar may impose from time to time.
(3) A copy of a document lodged electronically with the Registrar under this Act, purporting to be certified by the Registrar as being a true copy of the original document, is, in the absence of evidence to the contrary, admissible in all legal proceedings as proof of the original document.
