Section 33F of Limited Liability Partnership Act CAP 30: Objection to striking off
(1) An applicant may, by written notice to the Registrar, object an applicationto strike a limited liability partnership’s name off the register at any time before the limited liability partnership’s name is struck off the register.
(2) An objection under this section shall be made on the ground that there isreasonable cause why the name of the limited liability partnership should not be struck off.
(3) An objection to the striking off under subsection (1) shall be submitted tothe Registrar by notice in the prescribed form and manner.
(4) Upon receipt of a notice of objection, the Registrar shall—
(a) where applicable, notify the applicant in writing of the objection; and
(b) in deciding whether to allow the objection, take into account such considerations as may prescribed by regulations.
