Section 34 of Limited Liability Partnership Act CAP 30: Insolvency of a limited liability partnership
(1) If a limited liability partnership becomes insolvent, the provisions of the Insolvency Act, 2015 (No. 18 of 2015), shall apply with respect to the conduct of the receivership or management of the affairs of the partnership.
(2) If a limited liability partnership becomes liquidated, the provisions of the Insolvency Act, 2015 (No. 18 of 2015) shall apply.
