Section 34A of Limited Liability Partnership Act CAP 30: Foreign limited liability partnership
(1) A foreign limited liability partnership shall not carry on business in Kenya unless it is registered as a foreign limited liability partnership under this Act.
(2) A person who contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence and shall be liable, on conviction, to a fine not exceeding two hundred and fifty thousand shillings, or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years, or to both.
