Section 25 of The Teachers Service Commission Act CAP 212: Application for registration
(1) A person who qualifies to be registered as a teacher under this Act may apply to the Commission in the prescribed manner.
(2) An application made under subsection (1) shall be accompanied by—
(a) certified copies of certificates and other documents as are necessary to prove the applicant’s qualification for registration; and (b) the prescribed fee.
(3) Where the Commission declines to register a person under this section, the Commission shall within thirty days notify that person in writing, stating the grounds for the decision.
