Section 76 of The Kenya Information and Communications Act CAP 411A: Interfering with postal installation
Any person who unlawfully and wilfully removes, destroys or damages any installation or plant used for postal services commits an offence and shall on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding one hundred thousand shillings or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years, or to both.
