Section 45 of Sectional Properties Act CAP 286: Renting of units

    

(1) An owner of a unit shall not rent his unit until he has given written notice tothe Corporation of his intention to rent the unit, setting forth the address at which he may be served with a notice given by the Corporation under section 46.
(2) The owner of a unit shall give an undertaking to the Corporation to be liablefor any damage caused by the tenant.
(3) The owner of a unit shall give the Corporation written notice of the name of the tenant residing in the unit within twenty days from the commencement of the tenancy.
(4) Within twenty days of ceasing to rent his unit, the owner shall give theCorporation written notice that his unit is no longer rented.
