The Firm of Hannah Muriithi & Co. Advocates (HMC) was established in the year 2009 and quickly became renowned for its expertise in Corporate & Commercial Law, Legal Research & Consultancy, Conveyancing, Real Estate and Land Law. Through a merger in 2011, it lent its valued expertise to Muriithi & Ndonye Advocates while at the same time acquiring a respected standing among commercial and corporate law practitioners until the major restructuring of Muriithi & Ndonye Advocates in May 2017.
HMC Advocates re-emerged from the restructuring as a stronger and diversified Firm. While we remain a reputable and a preferred Law Firm for Legal Research, Conveyancing, Real Estate and Land Law matters, we have expanded our Corporate and Commercial practice capacity to admirable standards. We also have an invigorated team dedicated to handling civil disputes particularly of commercial, constitutional and regulatory. We often advise our clients to proactively manage legal challenges that may otherwise negatively impact on their businesses, by embracing preventive law practice.
