Leadership:
Mwathi Kithinji, the firm’s managing partner, is a distinguished legal practitioner passionate about Family law. He strives to see families overcome past traumas and differences and live in harmony by healing and mending their differences. He also has expertise in Environmental Law, Sports, and Entertainment Law. The Mediation Training Institute, East Africa, certified him as a professional mediator, and he is currently pursuing membership with the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb), Kenya Branch.
