Mbigi Njuguna & Co. Advocates is a composite law firm that provides a wide range of legal services for our clients in and outside Kenyan boarders. The firm has curved a niche for itself as one of the most professional and scrupulous firms in provision of legal solutions in this country.
The Firm was established in 1994 and mainly deals with Litigation, Commercial-Corporate Legal services and Dispute Resolution through arbitration. We also do Conveyancing.
Our clients include Banks, Public Corporations, Insurance Companies and Co-operative Societies. The main partners undertake and supervise the rest of the team in representation of clients in complicated Litigation at all levels of the Judicial Hierarchy, advising and representing clients in various Commercial transactions in addition to Arbitration and other alternate dispute resolution methods.
To assist in development of the legal profession, the firm offers internship to law students and trains pupils in legal practice before they undertake their Bar exam at the Kenya School of Law which is a prelude to admission to the Kenyan Bar.
